It's now 2010

It has been a while since my last post due to Facebook taking over a lot of my computer time, alongside editing the main novel I'm still working on!! It's been a crazy time since getting married and having a baby girl named Serenity Esme Epstein. I now have two children, I have hit my thirties, and oh no, "they" are still trying to make me normal!!! Nooooo! I have had a stalemate on the writing gig, but now getting back into the flow by editing the novel I have done the most work on. I am editing it before finishing it because I want to tweak some of the storyline and lose a character or two that are just dead weight...isn't writing a cool form of control :)....! I am a little more neurotic now than I was. I have always been half neurotic, and half dippy as hell, but after spending half my life being as dippy as hell, I now need to tap into the neurotic to be a better mum by remembering school plays, PE bags, bottle making etc...Problem is, by being more neurotic, I lost some of my creative edge, so now I'm tapping into balance, and that is what 2010 is about for me; balance. I am learning more about myself, my emotions, and how I handle people, and it's rather shocking how quick the blinkers come off when you leave your twenties... maybe I should write a book about that eh! xxx
